Dubai is a city of contrasts: ultra-modern skyscrapers next to traditional souks, luxurious shopping malls next to the desert, and Arabic markets. I explored the best things to do in Dubai during a short trip of just 3 days and I can say it impressed me and was truly something different.

2. Dubai Mall
Right next to the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Mall is a destination in itself. It’s not just about shopping; this mega mall features an indoor ice rink, a massive aquarium, and a plethora of dining options. For shopaholics, it’s heaven with every luxury brand imaginable, but even if you’re not big on shopping, the entertainment options will keep you captivated for hours.
3. Desert Safari
Escape the bustling city and head into the golden dunes of the Arabian Desert. A desert safari is a thrilling experience that includes dune bashing in 4×4 vehicles, camel rides, and sandboarding. As the sun sets, enjoy a traditional Bedouin-style dinner under the stars, complete with live entertainment like belly dancing and Tanoura performances.

It’s an experience that’s both thrilling and educational.
7. Jumeirah Mosque
For a deeper understanding of Emirati culture and traditions, a visit to the Jumeirah Mosque is a must. Open to non-Muslim visitors, the mosque offers guided tours that explain Islamic customs and practices in an engaging and respectful way.
